Something bent by the packaging which affects the shape but real as on the picture

I bought the m size because I believed my non-big cats would fit. But I believe that it may have been wrong the size sent, because in the photos I have seen of others, it does not seem to be as small as mine. My smaller cat didn't even enter and has less than 1 nest.
